Job Description

The successful candidate will be required to perform the following tasks within the role:

International site ownership and commercial results in collaboration with the Hubs. Create market-leading brand experiences. Manage Shopify+ platform migrations. Introduce new Direct to Consumer websites. Drive DTC profit and loss and align plans in local markets to meet agreed-upon business targets. Collaborate with key partners and local marketing teams on customer-centric acquisition and CRM activation. Accountable for product merchandising and promotional planning in accordance with the seasonal calendar. Collaborate closely with the Brand teams and the Performance Marketing Manager to track and analyse campaigns from start to finish.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will require the following skills:At least 3-5 years of experience in a comparable role.Knowledge of Shopify+, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics.P&L and agency management experience in international eCommerceCreating DTC propositions and supporting retailer websites.A data-driven mindset that is confident in converting complex data into actionable insights and optimisation's.You have relevant management experience with digital projects, agencies, and digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEA, and CRM.Entrepreneurial mindset and a bias for action, results-oriented, community-focused, and people prioritisationWhat's on OfferAn incredible opportunity to work for one of the largest and most well-known grooming, sun and skin businesses around!
